Collaborate to Succeed

The number one source for making your website sell!

Here are some fabulous books that will help you spread YOUR message

Play Well With Others - By Collaborating With Others, You Can Add Additional REACH to YOUR Message!

If you've been reading these pages, then you will already be well on your way to building a collaborative marketing empire. Why is it that everything in this world seems to be focused on competition?

The general attitude seems to be that I can't win unless I beat someone else. I don't believe this. Every day I find new examples of ways that I can take my message and use it to collaborate with other people, companies and organizations. I continue to look for ways that I can help THEM to achieve THEIR goals. It is this focus that is the key to the success of Ward Cameron Enterprises.

Now don't just take my word for it. Stop and analyze.

This is radical stuff that flies in the face of
traditional marketing theory...

...and the best part is - it works!

So far, we've looked at your website marketing strategy. Our goal for promoting your site was to make if more helpful to your potential visitors. Focus on their needs and eventually (when they're ready to buy) they'll focus on yours.

Our media strategy focused on building relationships with media personalities one at a time. Brand yourself as an expert who not only has something to say, but is willing to say it, and is also willing to be available when they need you to say it.

If you focus on helping them to keep their audience informed AND provide regular story ideas that tie to the news of the day, then you will find yourself regularly profiled.

These strategies force us to stop thinking about ourselves. They will only work if we focus our energies on the needs of the people we are trying to work with.

Now, let's take this one step further. Let's look at the many other ways that you can collaborate and win.

  • Are there other companies that are trying to solve similar problems with whom you could join forces?
  • Are there companies that market complementary products that would do well if co-branded with your products?
  • Are there organizations that you could help by donating your expertise in exchange for some increased profile?
  • Are there local events that could use an industry sponsor?
  • Could you gift staff or expertise to local events, festivals or charities?
  • Have you looked to see whether you could mentor someone who is just entering your industry? Why not take on an apprentice?

These are things that we should all be doing. By taking the time to ask some of these questions, you will find new ways to innovate and to promote. You will discover new outlets for your skills and your products. You'll raise your profile in your community and your industry. And yes, you WILL make more money because there is one truth in life - you really do reap what you sow.

As we add more and more value to this section of the website, we'll give you great examples of collaborative marketing. By building relationships with complementary companies and co-marketing products, you can extend the reach of your message even farther.
